TechFlow reports that Coinbase and Coinbase Asset Management have announced the launch of Project Diamond, a smart contract platform designed to enable institutions to easily create, buy, and sell digital-native assets, preparing for entry into the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) RegLab sandbox.
The platform has already executed its first digital debt instrument using Coinbase's technology stack and Base, its incubated Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain.
