TechFlow news — According to Cointelegraph, Cathie Wood's investment management firm ARK Invest sold 237,572 shares of Coinbase stock (at $140 per share) from three of its funds on December 5, amounting to approximately $33 million.
In addition, ARK also sold 168,127 shares of Grayscale's Bitcoin Investment Trust (GBTC), valued at around $5.9 million based on the closing price of $35.
Among these, the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) sold 201,711 shares of Coinbase, while the ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) and ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW) sold an additional 28,535 and 7,326 shares of Coinbase respectively.
Coinbase’s stock price reached a new high of over $147.4 on December 5, marking its highest level since April 2022.
