As part of this acquisition, Merit Circle will obtain equity in Snackclub. Additionally, Merit Circle will receive the previously reserved token allocation for the Snackclub team. The goal is to utilize these tokens to stimulate games within the DAO's portfolio.
Snackclub is understood to be a Latin American organization specializing in user acquisition, influencer marketing, and esports.
