TechFlow reports that dYdX has announced a new MEV mitigation measure by introducing Cosmos ABCI++ to protect traders from MEV. This solution enables collaborative block building and introduces Frequent Batch Auctions (FBA) to reduce the impact of transaction ordering.
With ABCI++ and FBA, validators and proposers will work together to enhance transparency and ensure fair order inclusion and auction matching. They plan to build a prototype of this architecture on the dYdX Chain.
Previously, dYdX partnered with Skip Protocol to launch an MEV dashboard tracking the MEV value potentially extracted by validators.
