TechFlow news: Game studio Lattice announced the launch of Redstone, an Alt-DA (alternative data availability) Layer 2 chain inspired by Plasma and built on the OP Stack, designed for applications such as on-chain gaming.
Lattice stated that Redstone enables any honest participant on the internet to guarantee chain availability without requiring new forms of consensus beyond Ethereum. With the launch of Redstone, Lattice will join as a contributor to the Superchain and become a core developer of the OP Stack.
