TechFlow reports that LayerZero Labs has launched ColorTrace, a value attribution solution capable of attributing (or "coloring") fungible tokens to their original entities (minters), enabling fair tracking of contributions to protocol success and facilitating equitable distribution for revenue sharing, affiliate programs, referral links, and many other common real-world applications.
LayerZero Labs stated that for those interested in on-chain attribution, they offer a suite of algorithms—ColorTrace, ColorFloat, and ColorAge—and have provided technical guides detailing all three.
