TechFlow news, according to Cryptonews, a U.S. court has approved a protective order that will govern the use and disclosure of all information and materials produced by any party in the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) lawsuit against Binance entities and CEO Changpeng Zhao.
Previously, the U.S. SEC and Binance jointly proposed establishing the protective order to regulate the handling and disclosure of certain confidential information generated during the ongoing litigation. Under the court's order, any party may designate discovery materials it reasonably believes constitute confidential information as such, provided they fall within at least one of the categories described by the court.
