TechFlow News: BC Technology Group (00863) recently announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, OSL Digital Securities Limited (licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission), has jointly submitted a proposal with Harvest Global Investments Limited to the SFC, aiming to explore retail fund tokens for tokenized financial products.
If approved, these fund tokens will be offered to retail investors in Hong Kong, representing shares in collective investment schemes under the Harvest-OSL brand, with trading services provided by OSL Digital Securities Limited.
This initiative aligns with the SFC's regulatory framework on tokenized financial products. Previously, OSL and Harvest Global have collaborated to expand their STO businesses.
