TechFlow news — Fox News reporter Eleanor Terrett posted that SBF's lawyer indicated SBF will testify in the fraud trial, along with three other defense witnesses.
Earlier, the U.S. Department of Justice said in a filing on Tuesday that after the prosecution completes its case this week, SBF’s defense team may call six potential witnesses. The DOJ document did not reveal the names of any potential defense witnesses, and it remains unclear whether SBF will take the stand. The DOJ also stated it currently intends to call only one witness when the trial resumes on Thursday.
