TechFlow — On October 19, Fox News reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on Twitter that Elon Musk and Mark Cuban are joining forces to challenge the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In a joint amicus brief filed today, the two expressed support for comprehensive reform of the SEC’s current administrative proceedings. These proceedings allow the use of in-house judges to preside over lawsuits brought by the SEC itself, while denying defendants the right to a jury trial.
