The board of directors of Bluehole Interactive proposes to seek prior shareholder approval to authorize the directors to make potential cryptocurrency purchases during the authorization period, with aggregate costs not exceeding $5 million. The board intends to invest in the largest-cap cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, but also acknowledges that cryptocurrency prices may experience significant volatility.
