TechFlow reported, according to a legal document shared by former U.S. federal prosecutor James K. Filan on Twitter, the SEC has filed a reply memorandum in support of its motion for an interlocutory appeal in the Ripple case. Previously, the SEC filed a motion with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York seeking an interlocutory appeal regarding its legal dispute with Ripple Labs. Ripple subsequently filed an opposition to the SEC’s motion for interlocutory appeal. The SEC was required to respond by September 8.
