TechFlow News — WEMIX, the blockchain gaming platform, has launched its omnichain initiative Unbound Networking & Accelerating Growth Initiative (unagi).
According to reports, unagi's core is a highly accessible omnichain messaging protocol called unagi(𝑥), which supports both on-chain and off-chain domains. In addition to on-chain message passing, the protocol also enables decentralized off-chain messaging. unagi(𝑥) will initially support EVM networks, with plans to expand compatibility to non-EVM environments in the future.
Currently, unagi supports eight networks: Arbitrum, Avalanche, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Kroma (WEMIX’s L2 project), Optimism, Polygon, and WEMIX3.0.
