TechFlow reports, Delphi Digital's Legal Director _gabrielShapir0 stated on Twitter that according to court documents, a judge from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed a class-action lawsuit against Uniswap and Paradigm. The plaintiffs had attempted to hold these companies liable for "scam tokens" sold on Uniswap's AMM.
Community members commented that the dismissal of this class-action lawsuit largely signifies that protocol developers should not be held responsible for misconduct by third parties.
Previously, Delphi Digital submitted an objection to the U.S. SEC regarding amendments to ATS, opposing the classification of AMMs as securities exchanges.
