TechFlow reports, on August 29, an individual calling themselves the Magic whale "ogle" tweeted allegations stating they would dump their entire Magic holdings and go short, claiming that the TreasureDAO team is selling locked tokens at a 50% discount off the current market price and has lied to investors.
Ogle said, "When their own team doesn't believe in its future value, why should I hold my tokens?"
In response to these rumors, Treasure team member X_ stated in the Discord community, "To my knowledge, this is not the case. If such sales are happening, it may be done by someone else."
