TechFlow reports that Boba Network, an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling network, has announced the shutdown of BobaAvax, its Layer 2 expansion solution on Avalanche, scheduled for October 31. Users must transfer their funds to the Avalanche mainnet before the shutdown; otherwise, they may permanently lose access to their assets on BobaAvax.
Sushi has also issued a statement reminding liquidity providers on SushiSwap's BobaAvax pools to take necessary actions. Liquidity providers must remove all existing liquidity and withdraw their funds before October 31 to ensure asset safety. Sushi strongly advises against adding any new liquidity to BobaAvax, as failure to act before the specified date may result in permanent loss of access to assets on BobaAvax.
