TechFlow News — According to Tether's transparency report, the company currently holds nearly $3.3 billion in liquidity buffer reserves distributed across 15 blockchain ecosystems. Its total assets amount to $86.1 billion, with total liabilities of $82.8 billion, resulting in a reserve ratio exceeding 100%.
Solana leads in terms of pre-authorized issuance value at $1.57 billion, followed by Ethereum and Tron with $617 million and $353 million respectively.
Other non-USD stablecoins issued by Tether (XAUT, EURT, MXNT, and CNHT) do not enjoy the same level of liquidity buffer as USDT. According to the report, during times of crisis, these other Tether-issued stablecoins do not have available balances to buffer and maintain their pegs.
