TechFlow news: A federal judge has approved a request by FTX founder SBF's attorneys to visit their client in prison to prepare for the upcoming weeks-long trial, after his bail was revoked and he was taken into custody several weeks ago.
According to the court order, SBF’s lawyers may “indefinitely utilize” legal visiting time at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, to prepare for the trial beginning October 3.
The judge also stated that SBF will have “frequent” access to a computer at the detention center to review evidence materials.
