TechFlow news — Layer 1 blockchain Zilliqa has announced the formation of Zilliqa Group, aimed at delivering Web3 and blockchain-based products and solutions.
Zilliqa Group will consolidate subsidiaries into a unified structure, including the recently spun-off gaming division Roll1ng Thund3rz (RTz), while establishing a corporate framework for a series of upcoming ventures in verticals such as spatial networks, loyalty programs, and decentralized finance. The framework also emphasizes building a distinct service layer across the entire group structure.
The transition to Zilliqa Group will be overseen by a restructured board of directors. Mark Hemsley, previously Chairman of Zilliqa Research, will take on the role of Chairman of Zilliqa Group.
