TechFlow news — The first Web3 esports tournament, "MATR1X Sniper Night," will be held from August 19 to August 27. Co-organized by the Web3 esports platform BoxTradex and the Web3 mobile shooting game MATR1X FIRE, this event marks a major milestone for Web3 gaming.
The tournament features a prize pool of $10,000 USD. After multiple rounds of community qualifiers, 16 elite FPS teams from Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia have advanced to the finals. These teams are: FYZB, LG, WGG, DGG, JJYY, GMA, Top5, MC, Fire King, Legend 301, Team 301, Chain Challenger, MPDA JJ, Dsion Team, Brave Army, Traveler Assault Team, and Da. Most of these teams consist of professional players.
