TechFlow news, according to the official blog, Klaytn Foundation announced the release of Klaytn v1.11.0. This upgrade emphasizes the implementation of state pruning and node storage sharing features.
Klaytn v1.11.0 includes a hard fork upgrade that will result in backward-incompatible changes. All Baobab nodes must upgrade to v1.11.0 or higher before the target block number. This hard fork implements functionalities equivalent to Ethereum's Shanghai hard fork. The hard fork block number for the Cypress mainnet will be scheduled in the next version. The hard fork is expected to take place at 9:30 AM Beijing time on August 28.
