TechFlow reports, according to Forbes, that Parcha AI, a generative AI fintech startup founded by AJ Asver, former Senior Product Director at Coinbase, has announced the completion of a $5 million seed funding round. The round was led by Kindred Ventures and Initialized Capital, with participation from angel investors including YC President Garry Tan, Datadog President Amit Agarwal, and Google VP of Product Bradley Horowitz. The funds will be used to further develop its product and hire additional staff.
Parcha AI helps fintech companies, including crypto firms, automate manual labor-intensive tasks by leveraging large language models for operations such as fraud detection, understanding business compliance, and customer acquisition. Its current clients include crypto payments company Bridge and U.S.-based financial services and technology company Brex.
