TechFlow reports, according to Scopescan monitoring, a whale address starting with 0x4ae9 deposited 420 WBTC (worth approximately $12.2 million) as collateral three hours ago, borrowed 6.7 million DAI, and then deposited all the DAI into the Maker DSR pool.
Earlier today, it was reported that MakerDAO has adjusted the DAI deposit rate to 8%.
