TechFlow reports that the Southern District Prosecutors' Office in Seoul, South Korea has raided and seized documents from two companies involved in large-scale liquidation of WEMIX tokens issued by listed gaming firm WeMade, on suspicion of market manipulation and fraudulent circulation of the virtual asset. The prosecutors did not disclose the names of the two companies.
Authorities found that WeMade sold substantial amounts of WEMIX through these two firms and are investigating whether these transactions occurred without adequately informing users of the details.
