TechFlow news: Data economy protocol Ocean Protocol has tweeted that it is unaffected by the recently discovered Vyper reentrancy bug. Although veOCEAN does use Vyper, it is not impacted by this vulnerability.
Ocean uses Vyper in the following contracts: veOCEAN, veDelegation, veFeeDistributor, veDelegationProxy, and veFeeEstimate.
Only veDelegationProxy uses a vulnerable version of Vyper. However, the reentrancy lock was not used, and there are no external ETH calls. Therefore, Ocean Protocol is safe.
