TechFlow news: Mina's development team, O(1) Labs, announced on Twitter that its RFP (Request for Proposal) submitted to the Optimism Foundation—regarding implementing zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) for OP-family blockchains—has been accepted.
In the future, O(1) Labs will introduce Kimchi, the proving system currently used by Mina, into the Optimism ecosystem to secure transactions on OP Mainnet and other blockchains built on the OP Stack. This move is expected to open the door for interoperability between Ethereum and Mina.
