TechFlow news — On June 26, renowned light competitive TCG card game Era7 announced the official launch of its game version built on ZK-Rollup technology, immediately commencing a public test phase and marking a new chapter in its Layer 2 ecosystem development.
In collaboration with strategic partner Opside, Era7 has leveraged Opside’s ZK-RaaS (Rollup-as-a-Service) solution to rapidly deploy its dedicated ZK-Rollup. Additionally, the game integrates Particle Network’s MPC-AA wallet to offer social logins for new users, aiming to deliver a faster, lower-cost, and more secure gaming environment—significantly enhancing overall gameplay interactivity.
According to Era7’s latest roadmap released by the team, following this testing phase, a further upgraded test version of Era7 will be launched by the end of July based on zkMeta, the 0 Gas platform. In this upcoming version, users will no longer need to pay Gas fees for smart contract interactions—an important step forward in Era7’s journey toward an open and innovative Web3 ecosystem. The 0 Gas Fee version of Era7 will act as a powerful sword piercing through the dimensional barrier, enabling seamless, zero-perception, and frictionless access to the Web3 gaming world for a broader Web2 audience, inviting more players to join and co-build a thriving, innovative GameFi ecosystem.
