TechFlow reports that Sotheby's has completed the second round of NFT auctions from Three Arrows Capital, generating over $10.9 million in sales. All lots came from the Grails collection and included 37 works by generative artists such as Dmitri Cherniak, Tyler Hobbs, and Jeff Davis.
Among the highlights of this auction was Dmitri Cherniak’s “Ringers #879” (The Goose). Estimated at $2 million to $3 million, it ultimately sold for $6.2 million to renowned NFT collector 6529. According to Sotheby's, this marks the second-highest price ever achieved for a piece of generative art.
