According to Netz, NFT licensing will help shift the industry away from "Ponzi economics," with Overpass promoting sustainable growth by focusing on tangible, real-world revenue.
Unlike current models centered around creating virtual assets and liabilities through airdrops, the Overpass model represents a paradigm shift.
By leveraging blockchain technology to streamline complex and cumbersome licensing procedures, the platform enables companies to directly obtain intellectual property licenses from holders for use in their products and tools, offering NFT holders a scalable way to generate monetization.
