TechFlow reports that Hong Kong-based virtual asset trading platform Gate.HK has launched its website and opened registration and trading services on May 23. Focusing on delivering high-quality trading experiences for virtual asset investors, Gate.HK currently supports spot trading for BTC, ETH, and LTC, with additional trading services to be rolled out progressively.
It is understood that Gate.HK has previously prepared to apply for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC), in accordance with the latest regulatory requirements, aiming to provide Hong Kong users with compliant virtual asset trading services.
