TechFlow news, Input Output Global (IOG), the development company behind Cardano, has announced the launch of a custom EVM-compatible sidechain toolkit. The proof-of-concept version is now live on the testnet. The toolkit consists of three core components: Mainchain Plutus scripts (enabling secure cross-chain transactions and token transfers), an on-chain tracker (monitoring mainchain data and events related to sidechain management), and a sidechain module (interpreting mainchain data and executing necessary ledger adjustments).
