TechFlow news: MetaMask's official Twitter account posted, "Wyre has been removed from MetaMask's mobile aggregator. Please do not use Wyre. We are actively working to remove it from the extension—thank you for your patience. Apple Pay, credit cards, and bank transfers are still available via Transak, MoonPay, and Sardine (U.S. only)."
Earlier, Axios reported that cryptocurrency payment provider Wyre may be shutting down. A former employee, citing an email from Wyre CEO Ioannis Giannaros, said the company would liquidate and terminate services as soon as possible this month. Another former employee stated the company offered no severance. However, Giannaros responded to Axios saying the company is still operational and plans to downsize in the near term. Source link
