TechFlow News — The joint liquidators of Three Arrows Capital have issued a court subpoena to the firm's two founders, Kyle Davies and Zhu Su, via Twitter. In a statement, the joint liquidators said they remain focused on advancing the liquidation process of Three Arrows Capital to maximize asset recovery for creditors. However, due to the founders' refusal to cooperate, the liquidators have now obtained authorization from courts in the U.S. and Singapore to serve subpoenas through email and Twitter accounts. The subpoena requires the two founders to provide information to the company’s liquidators later this month, including corporate accounts, digital assets, and any related books, documents, or records.
