TechFlow news, Genesis Global Markets is working with investment bank Moelis & Company to explore potential solutions for its financial difficulties and is considering filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
A company spokesperson said Genesis is closely collaborating with its restructuring advisors at Moelis & Co. "to protect customer assets and advance the business."
