TechFlow News, January 4 — According to CNBC, FTX founder SBF pleaded not guilty on Thursday in a New York federal court to eight criminal charges related to the sudden collapse of FTX. The U.S. District Court has set the trial date for October 2, 2023. The charges against SBF include money laundering, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and securities fraud. Prosecutors also accused SBF of conspiring with others to make illegal political donations by using other individuals' names to conceal and inflate political contributions.
