These recipients are being asked to return such funds in accordance with instructions. The FTX debtors are working with these recipients to ensure prompt recovery of the payments into the "FTX estate" for the benefit of customers and creditors.
If such payments are not voluntarily returned, the FTX debtors intend to file litigation in the bankruptcy court seeking repayment of these amounts, with interest accruing from the date any legal proceeding is initiated. Original link
