The opinions emphasize international exchanges and cooperation in areas such as data exchange, business interoperability, mutual regulatory recognition, and service sharing. Efforts should advance the construction of infrastructure for cross-border digital trade, and based on the "Global Data Security Initiative," actively participate in formulating international rules and digital technology standards concerning data flows, data security, certification and assessment, and digital currencies.
