TechFlow news — Mindverse AI, a Hangzhou-based AI character generation engine service provider (hereinafter referred to as "Mindverse"), has announced the completion of nearly 100 million RMB in pre-seed and seed+ funding rounds. The seed+ round was led by Ginkgo Valley Capital, with existing investor Linear Capital significantly increasing its stake, and Sequoia China's Seed Fund participating alongside Plug and Play China. The newly raised capital will be primarily allocated toward product iteration, algorithm upgrades, and business expansion.
Reportedly founded at the end of January this year, Mindverse has pioneered the UMM (Unified Mind Model) whole-brain framework and introduced the concept of digital consciousness. UMM is the first advanced AI consciousness framework based on the brain's stream of thought, aiming to overcome current AI limitations by emulating human brain mechanisms to endow AI systems with agency, complex task-processing capabilities, and personalized traits.Original link
