TechFlow news, on November 2, Justin Sun, founder of TRON and member of the Huobi Global Advisory Council, stated via his personal Twitter that Huobi Global's headquarters will relocate to the Caribbean nation of Dominica, where it will engage in deep collaboration with the country on building cryptocurrency infrastructure. Justin Sun explained that the Caribbean region hosts a highly crypto-friendly community, with Dominica being one of its leading members.
In early October, Justin Sun was appointed to the Huobi Global Advisory Council. He said he will work alongside other council members to guide Huobi Global’s development in areas including industry advancement, academic research, compliance, and risk control, further strengthening institutional cooperation and enhancing brand influence and market competitiveness.
Additionally, TRON has recently established a series of partnerships with Dominica, including designating the TRON network as national infrastructure and legally recognizing seven tokens under the TRON ecosystem—including TRX and USDD—as official digital legal tender with fiat status in Dominica.
