TechFlow news — Blockchain contract management company Icertis has announced a $150 million financing round, with participation from Silicon Valley Bank. The funding consists of $75 million in convertible debt and $75 million in revolving credit facilities. To date, the company has raised a total of $520 million, which will be used to accelerate the adoption of transformative technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain.
Icertis' blockchain framework is a permissioned blockchain solution designed to enhance supply chain transparency, ensure compliance certification, and improve pricing functionality.
