TechFlow news — On October 28, Sun Yuchen, founder of TRON and advisor to Huobi Global, posted on X (formerly Twitter) that he recently attended the 2022 Busan Blockchain Week (BWB 2022) via video link, delivering a keynote speech as well as a pre-recorded opening address at the Huobi-sponsored forum during BWB 2022. In the video released by Huobi on Twitter, Sun stated, “Although the current market performance is not ideal, blockchain technology and the crypto industry still hold tremendous potential. Over the past few years, through the collective efforts of industry professionals, more people have come to recognize the value of blockchain, and this industry is destined for a bright future.”
Notably, the 2022 Busan Blockchain Week is an extension of NFT Busan 2021 and represents another major blockchain event hosted by the city of Busan following the UDC Conference. Organized by Busan Metropolitan City, the event had Huobi as a primary sponsor. In mid-October, Sun Yuchen became one of the inaugural members of the Huobi Global Advisory Board. Since joining, he has updated his Twitter bio to include the title “Huobi Global Advisor,” shared a series of posts about his new role, and repeatedly emphasized his commitment to empowering HT.
