TechFlow news — Layer 1 blockchain Sui Network has retweeted content from the Sui Foundation outlining its responsibilities and plans. The Sui Foundation has now officially launched, and beyond its grant program, it will release further details regarding Sui's initial token distribution, the process for obtaining Sui Foundation delegation for staking, and additional avenues for community members to receive funding.
Over the coming weeks, the Sui Foundation will share more information and announce future initiatives aligned with its mission of decentralization and community development. Currently, the Foundation is designing new programs, including educational and community initiatives to promote Sui knowledge, research programs aimed at advancing Sui’s technology, and Validator and Move programs to boost adoption of Sui’s infrastructure.
On October 25, the official website of the Sui Foundation went live, and Sui simultaneously launched its Developer Grant Program, which is now open for applications. Grant amounts will range from $10,000 to $100,000, with potential additional rewards in SUI tokens.
