TechFlow News, according to Business Insider, citing sources, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, has officially completed the acquisition of Twitter at $54.20 per share (approximately $44 billion) on Thursday evening local time. On the same night, Musk also removed CEO Parag Agrawal and CFO Ned Segal. Musk has been at Twitter's San Francisco headquarters this week, meeting with employees and holding impromptu discussions with them in cafeterias. A company-wide meeting is expected on Friday. Representatives for Twitter and Musk did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
