TechFlow news: South Korean prosecutors have requested Interpol to issue a Red Notice for Do Kwon, stating that he has refused to cooperate with investigations into the collapse of UST and LUNA. The Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office said it has asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to cancel Do Kwon's South Korean passport and has initiated procedures to place him on Interpol's Red Notice list and revoke his passport.
A Red Notice indicates that when a country has a bilateral extradition treaty with the notifying nation, it may provisionally arrest the suspect named in the notice. It is the highest-level urgent alert issued by Interpol. Upon receiving a Red Notice, member countries can immediately arrest the wanted individual and proceed with international extradition in accordance with their domestic laws.
According to earlier reports, Singaporean authorities confirmed that Do Kwon is no longer in Singapore. Do Kwon claims he is not "fleeing" and is currently mounting legal defenses across multiple jurisdictions.Original link
