TechFlow News — According to the official announcement, StarkWare, the Ethereum scaling solution, has released version StarkNet Alpha 0.10.0 on the Goerli testnet, featuring zero-knowledge recursive proofs. This release introduces changes inspired by EIP-4337 (account abstraction via the Entry Point contract), including separation of verification and execution, and addition of a nonce field to enforce transaction uniqueness at the protocol level.
Additionally, the new version allows fees for two required components: L1-to-L2 message passing and declare transactions. These fees are not mandatory in this release but will be enforced starting from StarkNet Alpha v0.11.0.
StarkWare plans to introduce parallelization in the sequencer in a few weeks, enabling faster block production (v0.10.1). It will soon finalize the last component required for fee payments—account deployment—and release Cairo 1.0.Original link
