TechFlow News — Indian blockchain project 5ire has raised $100 million in a Series A funding round led by SRAM & MRAM Group at a $1.5 billion valuation. The funds will be used to expand into Asia, North America, and Europe.
Pratik Gauri, CEO and co-founder of 5ire, said the platform will leverage its "Proof-of-Benefit" incentive model to accelerate the implementation of the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals. In October 2021, 5ire completed a $21 million seed round from investors including Alphabit, Marshland Capital, and Moonrock Capital.
