Co-authored by OKX and LinkedIn, the report draws on data from 180 countries, offering an in-depth analysis and insights into the current state of talent in the blockchain industry.
Lennix stated that the OKX Research Institute, together with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, has conducted research into global blockchain talent growth, core talent demands, and talent mobility. The report identifies key talent trends and offers recommendations, aiming to provide valuable insights for enterprises and professionals worldwide, supporting the robust development of the blockchain sector.
