TechFlow news — Colendi, a Turkey-based embedded fintech startup, has acquired enterprise blockchain company SETL. Citi is SETL’s largest external shareholder, with other backers including Crédit Agricole and Deloitte. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
One of SETL’s projects involves the Regulated Liability Network (RLN) infrastructure, an enterprise blockchain network spanning central banks, commercial banks, and other institutions. Colendi previously launched its own digital wallet product. (The Paypers)
