TechFlow news, according to Electrek, Tesla (TSLA.O) submitted documents to the city of Los Angeles on May 19 local time, applying to open a 24-hour restaurant at 7001 Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood.
The 9,300-square-foot restaurant will include a drive-in cinema and a Supercharger station. Tesla has not provided further details regarding the restaurant's opening date or menu.
Earlier this February, Musk stated plans to launch futuristic restaurants and drive-in cinemas in the Hollywood area, adding that the restaurants would accept Dogecoin as payment.
