TechFlow news — Southeast Asian digital payment company Xendit has raised $300 million in Series D funding led by Coatue and Insight Partners, with participation from investors including Accel, Tiger Global, Kleiner Perkins, EV Growth, Amasia, Intudo, and Goat Capital. Part of the funds will be used to expand into new markets such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
Founded in 2016, Xendit currently serves over 3,000 customers. Its annualized transaction volume has tripled year-on-year, rising from 65 million to 200 million, while total transaction value has surged from $6.5 billion to $15 billion. Its clients include Traveloka, TransferWise, and Grab.
